Pernille Erenbjerg appointed Chair of KK Wind Solutions
Following the acquisition of Nissens Cooling Solutions, Pernille Erenbjerg has been appointed as the new Chair of KK Wind Solutions.
Prior to the acquisition by KK Wind Solutions, Pernille Erenbjerg was the Chair of Nissens Cooling Solutions’ Board of Directors and was intimately involved in combining the two businesses. Pernille Erenbjerg is replacing Jan T. Nielsen, CIO at A.P. Moller Holding, as the Chair of KK Wind Solutions’ Board of Directors. A.P. Moller Holding owns KK Wind Solutions.
